
Pura Vida Chicas needed a website that matched their calming brand and growing catalog while improving user experience and conversion performance. Their original site lacked structure for seasonal campaigns, limited product visibility, and didn’t capture their evolving voice or mission.
We implemented a robust Shopify theme and restructured it from the ground up—transforming layout, navigation, and content hierarchy to better serve users and highlight products. The final site reflects the brand’s identity, supports mobile shopping, and integrates key tools for reviews, cross-selling, and email growth. We also optimized site content to strengthen brand voice and improve organic search visibility.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was designing with intention around the customer journey. Every layout decision was made to guide shoppers through an experience that feels natural, engaging, and emotionally connected to the brand. From the moment someone lands on the homepage, they're welcomed into a world that reflects Pura Vida Chicas’ energy—bright, empowering, and easy to navigate.
Visual storytelling played a central role in this approach. We prioritized large, expressive imagery and bold messaging to quickly communicate product benefits and brand values. Sections were intentionally sequenced to build trust, inspire curiosity, and drive action—from education and testimonials to featured collections and bestsellers. We knew that Pura Vida Chicas isn’t just selling products; they’re inviting customers into a lifestyle, so the site had to tell that story visually and strategically, every step of the way.
